Enhanced Package
This package is ideal for clients seeking an extremely affordable and professional photography and videography service to document their special event in the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia).
Premium Package
Includes everything in the Enhanced package plus you get additional drone video capture (outdoors) plus an elegant video retrospective of your event. ($500 refund if we are prevented from using a drone due to inclement weather or flight restrictions).
Elite Package
Includes everything in the Elite package plus a full video production telling the story of your special event.
What rights am I granting to get the 80% discount?
You grant Silk Light Studio the rights to use all captured photos/videos in our marketing materials, including but not limited to: our portfolio, website, social media, flyers, etc.
Do you travel outside Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia?
Yes. We primarily serve the DMV area but are available for travel-based weddings and destination events upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
For DMV weddings and events, especially Nikah, Mehndi and Walima events, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your date (although we may be available on short notice).
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. We can customize coverage for multi-day events (for example, South Asian weddings), as well as corporate events or luxury productions.
